Web & graphic design project

Right after finishing my UX/UI Design online class, I had the opportunity to work on a concrete project. An acquaintance wanted to open a fine grocery shop near Paris and asked me and a friend to create the graphic identity of her brand. I was in charge of designing and building a website showcasing the shop's products, some dishes and cocktails recipes, and every piece of information related to the shop. I built the website with WordPress, WooCommerce and Bricks Builder.

This project allowed me to learn so much as it was my first time working for a real client. It was also the first time I experienced WooCommerce and the e-commerce side of a website, introducing me to subjects such as web security and SEO. I truly experienced the responsibility of building and maintaining a website for someone else.
As I was developing the site, I encountered difficulties since I am not a developer from formation, and had to adapt and learn to do what I wanted to. I like this type of situation since it allows me to challenge myself and learn the most from it.

The website is meant to become a click-and-collect type of site in a few months, once the owner is fully established.
